The activists, described in the article as "Jewish terror activists," imposed a siege on the homes of three families in the village, sabotaged electricity and water systems, and cut off the village homes from supply. Despite the severity of the acts, none of the activists were arrested. The IDF brought bulldozers that destroyed the illegal outpost erected on the site, which included tents, beds, and mattresses. On the orders of the Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir, soldiers of Battalion 51 of the Golani Brigade were dispatched. The IDF is not satisfied with the conduct of some of the reserve battalion soldiers, who were seen in videos praying with the right-wing activists. This morning, the IDF intends to try the reserve soldiers who acted against orders in disciplinary proceedings. Golani and Border Police fighters may remain in the area for days or even weeks.
