In an interview with 103FM, Dr. Menachem Lazar, CEO of Lazar Research, reviewed the state of the parties in seat polls ahead of the elections. He noted that the poll map is relatively static: about 50 seats for the coalition bloc, 59-60 for the opposition, and about 10 for the Arab parties. Lazar referred to the new party that Gilad Erdan and Yuli Edelstein are expected to establish, claiming it targets disappointed Likud voters and the 'soft right,' but he is not sure it will transfer votes from side to side. He discussed a potential link between Yoav Segalovich and Ra'am, estimating that this could raise voter turnout in the Arab sector and increase Ra'am's seat count, but also make it harder for the opposition to reach a majority of 61. Lazar addressed the collapse of the Together party, which dropped from about 30 seats to 15 and even 13, while Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar party surged to about 23 seats. He concluded that it is hard to know if Together has hit bottom, and that changes have not yet stopped.
