According to Zamolotsky, the defendant opened the video with the statement that 'this is the biggest extortion case in history,' and included further sexual, degrading, and humiliating remarks regarding her gender, origin, and religion, comparing her to women in prostitution and using offensive expressions. It was also claimed that he called her 'fanatical, miserable, poor thing, crybaby, liar' and called on authorities to arrest her. The plaintiffs claim defamation attributing criminal and immoral acts to them, and Zamolotsky adds that the sexual and humiliating remarks establish a cause of action under the law against sexual harassment. They demand monetary compensation, an order to remove the video from any account under the defendant's control, prevention of its redistribution, and retraction of the statements.
