In response, four lawyers demanded the party remove the signs, threatening to appeal to the Central Elections Committee. Among the petitioners: the organization 'Chukati - Haredim for State and Public Governance' through attorney Moshe Shifman, attorney Chaim Kaplin on behalf of a citizen whose image allegedly appears on the signs, and the 'Association of Lawyers for Promoting Proper Administration' which appealed to Degel Hatorah chairman Moshe Gafni and Bnei Brak mayor Chanokh Zeibert. The new party responded that these are attempts to intimidate, and that it will continue its struggle for proper representation for the Haredi public.
