On the morning of Friday, August 14, military exercises will take place in Tel Aviv, in the area of the IDF General Staff headquarters (Kirya). Residents and those nearby were warned that they may hear explosions and gunshots, and may notice active movement of security forces. The IDF press service emphasized that the exercise was planned in advance and is part of the 2026 training program. It was separately clarified that what is happening is not related to a real incident, and there is no reason for concern. The report also provides information about another incident: a young woman from a supported living facility in Gush Dan was picked up by relatives in a car, after which suspicions arose that the people involved were in the center of Hebron. The Hebron police of the Judean District, together with representatives of the Coordination and Liaison Administration and fighters of the Judean Brigade, began operational actions, deploying forces on the outskirts of the city. The search for the car and relatives was conducted inside Hebron together with the Palestinian police.
