According to the suspicion, some of the complainants were under the influence of psychedelic drugs and alcohol, and they claim they did not give their consent and were not in control during the events. Some of the incidents occurred in the club's restroom stall. In exclusive footage published, Goldiak was recorded leading one of the women to the restroom and then diverting the security camera. Police have accumulated complaints from three women. One woman testified about a state of mental confusion after vodka chasers and about entering the stall despite her resistance. Goldiak did not deny the relations but claimed everything was consensual and that it was a false accusation within a dispute with his partners. The case is with the prosecution.
