Taisia Zamolotsky, one of the complainants against singer Eyal Golan in the 'Social Games' affair, filed a defamation lawsuit with her partner Shlomo Cohen in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court. The lawsuit was filed against a southern resident who calls himself 'King of the Ticklers, Minister of War' on TikTok, after he distributed a video in which he called her a 'Goyim Russian pig-eater'. In the video, he also spoke about his stay in Ukraine and added more humiliating remarks, including a threat that she would go to prison for her lies. The plaintiffs claim that the man portrayed them as extortionists in light of the recordings that were leaked from the Kuda Communications studio. They are seeking 170,000 shekels in compensation. Attorney Ohad Shamir, their counsel, stated that freedom of expression is not a license to humiliate and degrade, and that this is only the first lawsuit, with more expected.
