An Ashkelon resident was arrested on suspicion of trafficking and distributing dangerous drugs. In a joint raid by Ashkelon station detectives and the Sayeret Matkal unit, about 450 grams of various drugs, 51,840 shekels in cash, an airsoft gun, and 3 magazines were seized at his home. The suspect was transferred for further investigation.

An Ashkelon resident was arrested today (Sunday) on suspicion of drug trafficking and distribution of dangerous substances. The joint operation by Ashkelon station detectives and the Sayeret Matkal unit led to a search warrant at his home, during which numerous items were seized. Among the findings: approximately 316 grams of a substance suspected to be crystal meth, about 104 grams of a substance suspected to be cannabis, about 38 grams of a substance suspected to be hashish, and a sum of cash totaling 51,840 shekels. In addition, the forces located an airsoft gun and 3 matching magazines. The suspect was arrested and transferred for further investigation at the Ashkelon station.
