Some of them set up delivery companies in Kiryat Gat and Ashkelon, and after they began operating, threats and demands came from parties trying to take over their operations. The agents supposedly 'surrendered' and began working under Neger's delivery network, thereby embedding themselves and gathering evidence from within. At the center of the investigation is the company 'Mr. Delivery' that operated in Ashdod, where Neger was allegedly a hidden partner. The company controlled a large part of the delivery market in the area and operated hundreds of couriers who were required to transfer percentages of their earnings. According to estimates, the operation turned over millions of shekels. Neger was arrested at a hotel in Tel Aviv, and the court extended his detention by seven days. His lawyer, Ness Bar Natan, stated that his client denies all allegations against him. In addition, dozens of senior underworld figures were arrested in a massive raid in the south of the country as part of the war on protection money. Neger, who in the past was the right-hand man of Benny Shlomo, who was murdered, became the head of the most powerful organization in the Ashdod area.
