According to one source, some believe the boycott was a mistake from the start and that it harmed the party. Another source claimed that if the boycott is lifted, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should give a clear statement about it, and not allow Likud ministers to simply return to interviews "as if nothing happened." The source further claimed that there is an understanding in the campaign that the move should have been postponed until after the Likud primaries.
