According to the suspicion, he sold properties to people close to him at very low prices, and they sold them to a third party at regular or even high prices, transferred the money to him, and received financial compensation from him. In a police statement, it was said that the suspects acted "in a sophisticated and systematic manner" to hide rights and rake in huge sums.
