A resident of Bnei Ayish was arrested on suspicion of stealing food vouchers totaling approximately 2,250 shekels from the offices of the city's Welfare Department. According to the suspicion, the man arrived at the welfare department offices last night (Tuesday) and stole the vouchers intended for the needy. Officers from the Kiryat Malakhi station launched an investigation following a report from the department's offices, located the suspect, and arrested him for questioning. The station commander stated, "This is property intended to assist families in need, and therefore we view the suspicion of its theft with utmost severity. The station's officers acted quickly and decisively to locate the suspect and recover the property, and we will continue to take legal action against those who harm the property and security of the area's residents."
