Stabbing on Tel Aviv Promenade: Another Suspect Arrested

Police have arrested another suspect in connection with the stabbing incident that occurred last Saturday on the Tel Aviv promenade, near the Royal Beach Hotel on Herbert Samuel Street. The detainee, a resident of Holon in his 20s, was brought today (Tuesday) to the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, which extended his remand until Sunday, August 16. The incident took place on Saturday at around 12:00, when a report was received about a man stabbed near the hotel. A young man in his 20s was moderately injured and was taken for medical treatment. Officers from the Tel Aviv Lev station who arrived at the scene began searches and investigative operations, and during the investigation they managed to locate the suspect in a hideout apartment in northern Tel Aviv. He was arrested, transferred for questioning, and his remand was extended. This is the second suspect arrested by the police as part of the investigation into the case, which is still ongoing.
