Smotrich to 'Olam Katan': Anger at Haredim is Justified – Left is More Dangerous

However, Smotrich clarifies that the path to Haredi conscription lies through agreement, not coercion, and proposes a law with a target of 50% conscription within five years. He warns against dismantling the national camp, arguing that forming a left-wing government with Yair Golan and Gadi Eisenkot would be more dangerous, as it would evacuate settlements and return Israel to the Oslo track. Smotrich also attacks protest activists who do not condemn Arab terrorism, and calls on the religious public to choose between political alternatives while preserving the national camp.
