Skye puts iDigital stores up for sale at a valuation of more than half a billion shekels
Skye fund is considering selling control of iCon Group, the parent company of the iDigital chain and Apple importer, at a valuation of over half a billion shekels. Skye fund, managed by Tzvi Yochman and Nir Dagan, is considering selling control of iCon Group, the parent company of the iDigital store chain and an official distributor and importer of Apple products in Israel. Calcalist has learned that the fund's managers held meetings in recent weeks with several parties interested in acquiring control. Skye, which holds 42.5% of the company's shares worth 186 million shekels, quoted a valuation of more than half a billion shekels for the company, which currently trades at 437 million shekels, after surging 55% since the start of the year amid improved results and profits. iCon Group operates in two areas: retail and distribution of Apple products through the iDigital chain, and import and distribution of Apple products, computing, and software, which accounts for 75% of sales. Last week, the company published its reports for the first half of 2026, with a net profit of 22.4 million shekels, a jump of 78.5% compared to 12.5 million in the previous half, amid a 20.6% rise in revenue to 860 million shekels. Among those interested were trading company Benda and electronics importers Brimag and Yashpar. The talks have not matured into a deal, but more serious negotiations are expected in the coming months.
