His partner rejected the claims, gave her own version to the police, and denied trying to run him over. Footage from the incident shows the two confronting each other on the street, with the singer shouting at her: "Take your things and get out of the house - is that what you wanted?!" and "Come on, run me over again." A source familiar with the details told N12 that the arrest came following at least one incident brought to the investigators' attention, and that the possibility that the singer was involved in more than one act of violence is being examined. The investigation, defined as sensitive, is ongoing, and the police are expected to request an extension of his detention.
