The indictment, filed by attorney Ilana Pikus Reitblatt from the Haifa District Attorney's Office (Criminal), reveals that the defendant established a very close relationship with the siblings' mother and gained her trust and theirs. As part of this relationship, he falsely presented himself as a therapeutic professional. Exploiting the close relationship with the mother, the trust placed in him, and the young age of the siblings, the defendant committed various sexual offenses against them over an extended period and with high frequency. In some cases, he prevented the brother from leaving the location where they were and instructed him to keep the acts secret. The defendant is charged with offenses including sodomy of a minor, indecent acts against minors, causing indecent acts against a minor, and false imprisonment. Additionally, he harmed the sister several years later, outside the borders of Israel.
