Severe indictment in the Negev: Minors forced to commit sexual acts on each other at knifepoint

The State Prosecutor's Office today filed an indictment with the Be'er Sheva Juvenile District Court against three minors aged 13-14, residents of Be'er Sheva, for threatening and forcing two other minors to commit sexual acts on each other at knifepoint. According to the indictment, the incident occurred several days ago at night, when the defendants sat on a bench with a kitchen knife and alcohol. The main defendant threatened the complainants with the knife, pressing it to the neck of one of them at least four times, and the defendants filmed and mocked them. They also deleted apps from one complainant's phone. The defendants are charged with aggravated rape, indecent acts, extortion by threats, and obstruction of investigation.

The defendants sat on a nearby bench, equipped with a kitchen knife and drinking alcohol. The main defendant called the complainants to approach, and for about two hours they subjected them to a severe pattern of abuse: they attacked them, extorted them with threats to commit sexual acts on each other, while the main defendant threatened them with the knife, pressing it to the neck of one of them at least four times. One of the defendants hit them. The main defendant deleted apps from one complainant's phone to prevent being traced, and the defendants filmed and mocked them. Only after one complainant's mother called did the main defendant order him to lie to her. At the end, the defendants returned the phones and clothes, threatened the complainants that if they told anyone they would harm their families, and fled. The complainants returned home frightened and reported the incident. The defendants are charged with aggravated rape in concert, indecent acts under aggravated circumstances, extortion by threats, and obstruction of investigation. The main defendant is also charged with aggravated rape and violation of a legal order, after committing the acts while under house arrest. A request for detention until the end of proceedings was filed against the main defendant, and a request to extend restrictive conditions against the others.
