Settlers, for the thirteenth consecutive day, are besieging three homes in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, under the protection of the Israeli occupation army, in an attempt to seize them. Settlers continue, on Friday, for the thirteenth consecutive day, to besiege three homes in the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, under the protection of the Israeli occupation army. The head of the Qusra council, Abdul Azim Wadi, reported that occupation forces and settlers are preventing families from leaving or entering their homes in the Ras al-Ain area, and have turned one of the homes into a military barracks and declared the area a closed military zone. The besieged families are suffering from a severe shortage of food and medicine due to the occupation preventing supplies from reaching them. On Thursday evening, occupation forces also destroyed the contents and furniture of the home that was turned into a barracks, which belongs to citizen Yusuf Abdel Salam. These events come in the context of an ongoing escalation in settler attacks and Israeli military operations in the West Bank since the start of the war on Gaza in October 2023, coinciding with the expansion of settlements and the imposition of restrictions on Palestinians.
