According to the suspicion, Goldberg abused his authority by ordering an employee to hand over his mobile phone, rummaging through it, and attempting to trace correspondence and calls. In another case, a charging station for an electric vehicle was installed at his home under the pretext that he would receive a car from the authority, but there was no intention to provide him with such a vehicle. An evidentiary basis was also found against his personal assistant, who was complicit in his actions. The case has been transferred to the prosecution for review and consideration of filing an indictment, subject to a hearing.
