Seats Poll: Upset at the Top - Netanyahu Beats Eisenkot Three Times

A new Kan 11 poll shows that two new parties do not pass the electoral threshold, the Netanyahu bloc strengthens to 53 seats, and Likud leads with 24. Netanyahu opens a 7% gap over Eisenkot on the question of suitability for prime minister.

A new Kan 11 poll, published this evening (Sunday), shows a shake-up in the seats map: the two new parties launched in the past week do not pass the electoral threshold, and the Netanyahu bloc strengthens to 53 seats, an increase of one seat. Likud leads with 24 seats, while the "Yashar!" party headed by Gadi Eisenkot gets 23 seats. Naftali Bennett's "Together" is stable with 13 seats. On the right, Otzma Yehudit drops to 8, Religious Zionism rises to 5, and Yisrael Beiteinu strengthens to 10. Shas and United Torah Judaism get 8 each. The Democrats recover to 10 seats after a previous decline. In the Arab sector, Ra'am rises to 6 amid rumors of a possible alliance with Yoav Segalovich. In a scenario of a union between Hadash-Ta'al and Balad, the union reaches 8. The parties of Tropper and Hendel and of Erdan and Edelstein do not enter the Knesset. On the question of suitability for prime minister, Netanyahu leads with 41% versus 34% for Eisenkot. It also emerges that about a fifth of the public considered leaving Israel, and a third know someone who left in the last two years.
