The Prime Minister's Office officially presented Sara Netanyahu as 'The First Lady' of Israel in photos from Netanyahu's meeting with AIPAC leaders at the Blair House in Washington. The title is officially reserved for the wife of the President of the State, Michal Herzog. The photos were retouched, with credit given both to photographer Maayan Toaf from the Government Press Office and to Sara Netanyahu herself. For the first time, Netanyahu's own photos were also retouched, not just his wife's. The retouching began at the memorial ceremony for Senator Lindsey Graham, continued in photos from the meeting with evangelical community leaders, and now also in the meeting with AIPAC officials. At the meeting with evangelicals, community leaders blessed Netanyahu on his visit and strengthened him in his struggle against the 'Iranian axis of evil.'
