One of the defendants in the garbage bin arson case, Eyal Giller, through lawyers from the human rights organization "Otef Atsurim," demands that Sara Netanyahu publish an apology and pay 100,000 shekels. Otherwise, she faces a lawsuit for one million shekels. In her interview, Sara Netanyahu stated that the police and security forces seized tires and barrels that the arsonists placed around the house to set them on fire. The lawyers claim that the implication of this statement is attributing to the defendant an intention to cause her death and the death of her family members in the fire. The organization "Otef Atsurim" added that the prime minister's wife made a dangerous series of false statements that effectively incite violence against Israeli patriots.
