Its passage through the English Channel was monitored by three ships of the British Royal Navy. The second convoy, led by the large landing ship 'Alexander Shabalin', along with the sanctioned cargo vessels 'Anastasia' and 'Yuri Arshevsky', is moving towards Tartus. On September 10, it was spotted between Sicily and Tunisia, observed by an Italian military aircraft. All three ships have turned off their AIS systems.
