This is the third such incident in the last 72 hours. Romanian President Nicușor Dan issued a strong statement, calling Moscow's actions 'unacceptable and intolerable.' Romania's Foreign Ministry summoned the Russian ambassador to deliver a protest note. According to the Romanian Ministry of Defense, since the start of the full-scale war, 33 cases of unauthorized intrusion by Russian UAVs have been recorded. The prosecutor's office identified the wreckage of the drone shot down on Friday as a Shahed strike UAV. Defense Minister Radu Miruță stated that Bucharest will continue to firmly suppress violations of sovereignty.
