Bildt posted video of the attack on X, noting the train was evacuated as the drone approached and no one was hurt. Johnson condemned the attack as 'random and senseless,' writing on X that it exemplifies what Ukrainians endure daily. Russia's Defense Ministry said it targeted infrastructure facilitating military cargoes from Europe in western Ukraine. The attack comes as both Russia and Ukraine have intensified long-distance strikes amid a largely static front line, with Russia increasingly targeting border crossings with Western allies.
