A resident of Holon in his 20s stabbed another man over a romantic dispute, about two weeks before the article was published, near the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv. According to the indictment, the defendant arrived at the scene already armed with a sharp object, suddenly pulled it out, and stabbed the victim in the stomach and hand. The background: the victim had begun a romantic relationship with the defendant's former girlfriend. The victim, a man in his 20s, was moderately injured and evacuated for medical treatment. Officers from the Tel Aviv Lev station arrived at the scene, launched an investigation and searches, and using technological means located and arrested the suspect.
