MK Moshe Saada (Likud) expressed in an interview his desire to be the next Minister of Justice. Saada addressed his ties with Rabbi Pinto, whom he had previously investigated during his time in the Police Internal Investigations Department, and said that the rabbi supports him and wishes for him to become Minister of Justice. Saada noted that he will propose his candidacy to Prime Minister Netanyahu.
MK Moshe Saada from Likud, formerly the deputy head of the Police Internal Investigations Department (Mahash), said in an interview on 103fm that he is interested in becoming the next Minister of Justice. Saada addressed his success in the primaries, and said that the Likud public values professional work and speaking the truth. Regarding his ties with Rabbi Pinto, whom he had previously investigated as part of his role in Mahash, Saada related that the rabbi supports him and wishes for him to become Minister of Justice. Saada noted that he will propose his candidacy to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and added that the judicial system needs change. According to him, the Likud list is good but the prime minister needs to add reserved slots that reflect the spirit of the times, including reserve soldiers and bereaved families.
