The authorities announced their intention to register a warning note on all vehicles remaining in the lot, and that proceedings have been initiated against the operators, who are expected to face a fine of 300,000 shekels. The operation focuses on the economic track, designed to increase civil oversight and directly hit the pockets of those involved in illegal activity.
