According to Ukrainian intelligence, daily losses of the Russian army range from 1,410 to 1,551 personnel, while recruitment is between 1,000 and 1,200. About 60% of losses (approximately 835 people per day) are killed on the battlefield. Western intelligence agencies confirm that monthly losses exceed recruitment by about 6,000 people. Total losses since the start of the full-scale war have exceeded 1.5 million, of which 450,000 are irreversible. Ivashchenko noted the extremely low morale of Russian military personnel: 'Morale is very low because no one wants to fight.' Russian generals proposed increasing recruitment by 800,000 people, but the infrastructure can only train 300,000–500,000. The average lifespan of new recruits on the front line is 20–30 minutes. A significant portion of the Russian population, according to Ivashchenko, is not interested in continuing the war.
