The prisoner said that repression forces storm the rooms repeatedly, with large numbers of special units and accompanied by police dogs, and use rubber bullets during the incursions, which led to the injury of a number of prisoners. He added that he was injured more than a month ago by a rubber bullet in his foot during one of the repression operations, and the effects of the injury remain, despite his health condition being stable. He pointed out that the prison administration confiscated the mattresses from all wards during the month of Ramadan, forcing prisoners to sleep directly on the iron beds, in a collective measure that caused them pain and health complications due to deprivation of the simplest comforts. Regarding his health condition, the prisoner said he did not suffer from health problems before his arrest, but the detention conditions caused him problems in his foot and a recurring skin infection. He explained that he receives antibiotics for several days a week, so the symptoms temporarily recede, before returning again after the end of treatment, in light of what he described as the absence of real medical follow-up and radical treatment. He added that his health condition became more difficult due to the severe shortage of clothes, confirming that the prison administration did not respond to his repeated requests to provide him with additional clothes. He said he had to go out for the visit wearing pants borrowed from another prisoner, as he did not have clothes designated for the visit, and he also confirmed his need for medical glasses that the prison administration has not provided so far. On the level of living conditions, the prisoner confirmed that the food has not seen any improvement in terms of quantity or quality, and that prisoners still face collective punishments and measures that increase the difficulty of their detention conditions. He also pointed to the continued severe shortage of cleaning materials, and no improvement in daily conditions inside the prison, in light of what the Prisoner's Club described as policies of starvation, deprivation, and neglect. The prisoner concluded his testimony by saying that "prisoners are dying of hunger," a description that the Prisoner's Club said reflects the extent of the continuous deterioration in the humanitarian and living conditions inside the occupation prisons.
