Player dies suddenly during a football match

Kevin Castro, a 25-year-old former West Bromwich Albion footballer, died suddenly during a preparatory match for his Portuguese club Real Sport Club. Castro felt unwell at the start of the match, received initial medical treatment on the pitch, but his condition deteriorated suddenly and he died before being taken to hospital.
