Pedestrian, 65, killed by vehicle in Hadera
A 65-year-old pedestrian was killed this morning (Wednesday) after being struck by a vehicle on Lior Boker Street in Hadera. At 09:31, a report was received at MDA's 101 dispatch center in the Sharon region, and medical teams who arrived at the scene found her trapped, unconscious, and without pulse or respiration, and pronounced her dead at the scene. MDA paramedic Pavel Shkurtov and senior medic Ofer Yoshei described the incident. Earlier tonight, two men were killed in a road accident on Route 383 south of Moshav Zekharia.

Upon arrival, medics and paramedics found the woman trapped, unconscious, and suffering from multi-system trauma. After medical examinations, it became clear that she had no pulse and was not breathing, and the teams were forced to pronounce her death at the scene. MDA paramedic Pavel Shkurtov and senior medic from MDA's motorcycle unit Ofer Yoshei said: "We saw the pedestrian trapped and unconscious, without pulse or respiration, after being hit by a vehicle. We performed medical checks, but sadly she showed no signs of life and we had to pronounce her death." Earlier tonight, two men were killed in a fatal road accident on Route 383, south of Moshav Zekharia near Beit Shemesh. The accident occurred between two private vehicles, and MDA teams who arrived at the scene pronounced the deaths of both at the scene. A woman in her 40s was injured in the accident and evacuated to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.
