Sources in the Gaza Peace Council, established by Trump, claim that both sides – Israel and Hamas – are violating the 20-point agreement. The council harshly criticized IDF operations in recent weeks, which it defined as "tactical operations lacking security significance" that cause strategic damage and perpetuate Hamas rule. According to them, "for every elimination, Hamas recruits a hundred new young people." Alongside this, they noted that an American mechanism has been established to handle violations, and that the violating party is aware of the serious consequences of continued violations. Meanwhile, a protest by residents of the Gaza envelope took place at the Kerem Shalom crossing against the entry of foreign forces into the Strip before the disarmament of Hamas.
