Peace Council publishes plan for Gaza: 'Will create conditions for a Palestinian state'

The Peace Council today published the full roadmap of US President Donald Trump for ending the war in Gaza. According to the document, implementation of the plan, including the disarmament of Hamas, will create conditions for the establishment of a Palestinian state. The document includes a full Israeli withdrawal, Palestinian governance, reconstruction and economic development, and the opening of a political path to self-determination.

The Peace Council today (Friday) published the full roadmap of US President Donald Trump for ending the war in Gaza. According to the published document, implementation of the roadmap, including the disarmament of Hamas, will create the conditions for the establishment of a Palestinian state. The first section of the document states that all parties affirm their commitment to the president's comprehensive plan, which serves as an international framework for implementing the process. The parties aspire to end the cycle of destruction, ensure a full Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, restore normal life, enable Palestinian governance, reconstruction, security, recovery, and economic development, rehabilitate damaged sectors, and advance a credible political path leading to self-determination and statehood.
