Palestinians: Settlers set fire to buildings near Hebron Hills, 5 wounded

Palestinians reported that settlers set fire to buildings in Khirbet Tuba in Masafer Yatta and clashed with families in Khallet al-Homs. The Red Crescent reported five wounded. In addition, three vehicles were reported torched south of Nablus on the night between Monday and Tuesday. The IDF said it operated in Jallud and restored order.

Palestinians reported last night (Wednesday) that settlers set fire to several buildings in Khirbet Tuba in the Masafer Yatta area in the southern Hebron Hills. It was also reported that settlers walked among the residents' homes in the Khallet al-Homs area south of Yatta and clashed with families there. The Red Crescent reported that five Palestinians were wounded. On the night between Monday and Tuesday, Palestinians reported settler disturbances south of Nablus, during which three vehicles were torched between the villages of Jallud and Talpit, and homes were also attacked. Palestinians claimed they managed to prevent an attempt to set fire to a building. The IDF said that forces jumped to the area of the village of Jallud in the Samaria Brigade following a report of several Israeli citizens who arrived at the outskirts of the village and set fire to Palestinian vehicles, operated to restore order, and searched for suspects without findings. Meanwhile, damage was reported to part of the electricity network in the town of Madama, a Palestinian village south of Nablus. Footage shows attempts to extinguish a burning vehicle, and a graffiti message was sprayed on one of the buildings addressed to the Central Command chief Avi Bluth: "Revenge, Avi go home."
