At the same time, terrorists involved in rebuilding the organization's capabilities were eliminated, including a Nukhba commander in Islamic Jihad who commanded a kidnapping cell on October 7, and a head of department in Hamas's production headquarters. The activity takes place against the backdrop of Hamas's rehabilitation efforts while violating the ceasefire agreement.
