The organization stated in a report issued yesterday that occupation forces continue to commit grave violations against civilians within the framework of the ongoing genocide war, accompanied by widespread targeting of civilians and civilian property in violation of international humanitarian law. It mentioned that targeting patterns included: targeting citizens by drones outside areas of occupation forces' deployment, resulting in 36 martyrs including 2 children and 2 women; shelling residential homes without prior warning, resulting in 16 martyrs including 6 children and 5 women; targeting civilian vehicles, resulting in 20 martyrs including 1 child. It also stated that occupation forces shelled tents sheltering displaced persons, resulting in 24 martyrs including 5 children and 2 women; targeted civil police points, resulting in 11 martyrs; opened fire on citizens inside areas classified as "yellow," resulting in 20 martyrs including 2 children and 1 woman; targeted a hospital shelter center, resulting in 5 martyrs including 2 children and 2 women; targeted mourners at a martyr's funeral, resulting in 7 martyrs; targeted blacksmith workshops, resulting in 4 martyrs; and targeted a vehicle designated for securing aid trucks, resulting in 4 more martyrs. According to data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health, these violations since the ceasefire took effect have resulted in 1,216 martyrs and 3,977 injured. Al-Dameer stressed that these violations are not incidental but come within the context of a systematic policy pursued by the Israeli occupation forces, aimed at undermining civilian life in the Gaza Strip and striking at the essentials of their survival. It emphasized that these violations reflect a dangerous pattern of excessive and unlawful use of force, constituting war crimes and crimes against humanity, and require urgent international action to stop these violations, provide immediate protection for civilians, and ensure accountability and an end to impunity.
