He stressed that the party will not give Netanyahu 61 seats, unlike other parties, and drew a red line against the Haredi parties, saying they will only sit with Zionist parties. Peretz, who until a month ago worked at the Jerusalem Municipality and managed the society and youth division with about 700 employees, spoke about his background in public service and establishing an association for bereaved brothers. He praised Tropper and Hendel, saying he counts Hendel's 500 reserve days, not the parties he passed through. Peretz clarified that he is not against Haredim, but against the Haredi parties that politicize their backs.
