MK Meirav Ben Ari (opposition) criticized in an interview with 103FM an unprecedented coalition proposal to limit Israelis abroad from voting in elections. According to her, such a request has never been made and they have never tampered with Ben Gurion Airport. She denied that Likud approached this, and claimed the government fears losing power. Ben Ari cited data: in 2025, 99,000 Israelis left and 17,000 returned, mainly freelancers and wealthy individuals, due to the government. She added that the law stems from Netanyahu's fear of losing power, and promised the opposition will win. Later, she addressed the Finance Committee discussion, where 30 budget transfers were submitted instead of the planned 5-6, amounting to 150 million shekels for archaeology in Judea and Samaria and 250 million shekels for exempt institutions, sectoral money not benefiting the general public.
