The KKL Bridge in Tel Aviv-Jaffa will close to traffic for two weeks starting this coming Saturday night, due to essential rehabilitation and safety works. The works will be carried out in two stages: the first, from 15.08 to 21.08, will block the west-to-east lanes, and the second, from 22.08 to 28.08, will block the east-to-west lanes. The Ayalon Highway (Route 20) will remain open, but heavy traffic congestion is expected, and drivers are asked to prepare in advance and use navigation apps.

The works are promoted by the Ministry of Transport and the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality through the Ayalon Highways Company, and will be carried out with traffic inspectors and in coordination with the Israel Police.
