On Putin's altar: North Korean leader continues to sacrifice his people

Kim Jong Un has been sending massive numbers of soldiers to fight in Ukraine since late 2024, and their numbers are only increasing. According to estimates, about 25,000 North Koreans have already been deployed to the Russian army, and about 10,000 of them have been wounded or killed. North Korea is also supplying hundreds of ballistic missiles that are difficult to intercept, and in return demands advanced air defense systems.

Kim Jong Un continues to sacrifice North Korean soldiers in the Ukraine war, acting as an 'altar' for Putin. Since late 2024, massive numbers of soldiers have been sent to fight, and their numbers are only increasing. According to estimates, about 25,000 North Koreans have already been deployed to the Russian army, and about 10,000 of them have been wounded or killed using suicidal tactics of mass assault. North Korea is also supplying hundreds of ballistic missiles that are increasingly difficult for Ukraine to intercept, as its stock of Patriot interceptors is nearly depleted. In return, Pyongyang demands an advanced S-400 air defense system and has already received a Pantsir-1 launcher. The deepening ties are troubling NATO, especially amid reduced exercises with South Korea. Kim's sister, Kim Yo Jong, has denied claims that tens of thousands more are joining the war effort.
