Occupation continues violations: artillery shelling and building demolitions in Gaza

Violations of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza continued on Tuesday with artillery shelling, gunfire, and building demolitions in Khan Younis and Bureij. Bullets hit tents of displaced people, and two citizens were killed on Monday evening in Gaza. The agreement has been signed since October 10.

On Tuesday, violations of the ceasefire agreement by Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip continued, through artillery shelling, gunfire, and demolition operations, targeting various parts of the Strip. Local sources reported that occupation artillery shelled the southern areas of Khan Younis city, south of the Gaza Strip, while occupation gunboats opened fire towards the city's sea front. Occupation tanks also fired intensively at the eastern areas of the city, with some bullets hitting tents of displaced people near the Nemsawi area west of Khan Younis. In the central Strip, the occupation army carried out a demolition operation of residential buildings north of Bureij camp. In a related context, part of a house that had previously been hit by an Israeli strike collapsed north of Tiberias School in the al-Amal neighborhood of Khan Younis, with no injuries reported. On Monday evening, two citizens were killed when occupation aircraft struck a vehicle near al-Nabulsi Junction in the Sheikh Ajlin neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City. Occupation forces continue their violations of the ceasefire agreement signed since October 10, amid escalating shelling, destruction, and killing across the Strip.
