Haetzni claims that the Military Advocate General publicly announced the indictment of soldiers for the rape of a detained terrorist, a fabrication that he says was based on a forged security video composed of two videos from different dates. According to him, the terrorist did not initially complain about the assault and was mistakenly released back to Gaza, which blocked the truth investigation. Haetzni accuses the Military Advocate General of a blood libel against the State of Israel, harming IDF soldiers, and providing propaganda material to the anti-Semitic world, which garnered hundreds of millions of views and led to claims of a 'concentration camp' at Sde Teiman. He criticizes the negligent handling of the affair, the fact that Tomer-Yerushalmi was not arrested or suspended, and the High Court's decision to transfer the decision on her indictment to the State Attorney, who he claims is subordinate to the Attorney General, Gali Baharav-Miara.
