The military administration of Kyiv reported at least 12 impact sites in the Darnytskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Solomianskyi districts. Damage included residential buildings, an unidentified educational institution, and several warehouses. Mayor Vitali Klitschko updated that at least 14 wounded were evacuated to hospitals. News editor Chris York described the sounds of jet drones passing over the Pechersk district. In the nearby community of Brovary, one person was killed and another injured, with damage to an industrial facility. In response to the situation, Ukraine is accelerating the development of independent air defense systems. The company Fire Point is working on the "Free" air defense system, designed to counter ballistic missile threats.
