At least 30 Palestinians were arrested overnight across the West Bank, according to the Palestinian Prisoner's Club. Meanwhile, it was reported that police arrested Ashraf al-Awar, the minister for Jerusalem affairs, in Silwan after a search of his home. In the Hebron area, eight arrests were reported in al-Dhahiriya, two in Tulkarm's Deir al-Ghusun, five more in the area, and six in Qalqilya's Azzun. As of noon, no detailed Israeli statement on the grounds for the arrests had been published.
