The suspect was arrested on July 30 after investigators from the Central Unit of the Israel Police identified him through technological means and undercover operations. During a search of his home, clothing items and other findings linking him to the offenses were seized. His detention has been extended from time to time, and today a prosecutor's statement was filed against him. In the coming days, the prosecution is expected to file a serious indictment against him. The police stated that they view any attempt to harm state institutions and media organizations with utmost severity and will act firmly against anyone trying to silence freedom of expression.
