The lawsuit claims he was subjected daily to shouting, cursing, insults, unreasonable demands, and even physical violence. It describes incidents where Sara Netanyahu pushed him against a wall, shouted insults, and wished him cancer and death. In December 2025, she stated she was diagnosing him with autism, causing him severe trauma. Working hours were unreasonable, sometimes from 6:00 AM to 5:00 AM the next day, with over 100 overtime hours per month. On the day of the incident, he was taken to the hospital with stress and chest pains, and later received a pacemaker. His dismissal occurred on February 19, 2026, after an incident with the Prime Minister's son, Yair. The Prime Minister's Office rejects the allegations, calling them baseless and part of extortion attempts.
