US President Donald Trump eulogized Graham, saying he had a 'magnetic personality'. 'There was no one like him; he was one of the first people to make you laugh and one of the last you'd want to fight,' he added. Graham passed away earlier this month at the age of 71. He served as a US Senator from South Carolina since 2003 and was known as a supporter of Israel. Graham was a loyal ally of Trump. A lawyer by training, he served as a defense attorney and military judge in the US Air Force. He was first elected to Congress in 1994 and to the Senate in 2002. In 2016, he ran against Trump in the Republican primaries and lost, after which they became close friends. During his career, he advocated a hawkish policy, supported Israel, condemned the ICC arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant, and denied allegations of starvation as a weapon of war. Netanyahu eulogized him: 'Israel has lost one of its greatest friends.'
