The mother of the late Binyahu Razi, Dikla, sharply attacked the defendants' requests for easing detention conditions, following the filing of indictments against six suspects in the murder of her son. She recounted that during the hearing, the grandmother of defendant Avior sat in the courtroom, called her late son a 'dog', looked her in the eyes, and mocked her. Dikla said: "She tells me: 'You think you're a celebrity.' I wish I had remained anonymous. There is no voice of my son, who is underground, and they want benefits in conditions. They should rot in prison and not see daylight." Lawyers Idan Gamlieli and Ofer Arlich, representing a minor defendant on behalf of the Public Defender's Office, stated that the incident was unplanned and evolving, and that the minor denies directly causing death. Linor Sasson, mother of one of the defendants, was indicted for aiding after the fact and obstruction of justice, as the evidentiary basis did not solidify for a murder charge. She is accused of driving the defendants to the apartment where the murder occurred, asking them not to do anything, and after the act helping them flee.
